Todd has built his career at Melton & Melton, working closely with privately held businesses to deliver proactive tax compliance, planning, and strategy. His experience spans the construction, real estate, manufacturing, and distribution industries, including support for mergers and acquisitions. Clients appreciate his practical approach and ability to help them navigate challenges and opportunities with clarity and confidence.

Todd graduated with honors from Abilene Christian University, earning his Master’s in Accountancy before joining Melton & Melton in 2014. He is a member of the AICPA and TXCPA. He is also actively involved with local nonprofits supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Originally from Abilene, Texas, Todd grew up playing the violin and even competed in fiddling competitions alongside his two older brothers. Today, he and his wife, Lauren, are raising their four children in the Houston area. Much of their family time is spent outdoors in Anahuac, Texas, the alligator capital of the state, where they enjoy being on the water and exploring nature together.
