Experienced Professionals
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and critical thinking skills, a great personality and confidence in their abilities, and a foundation of strong networking skills. We look for team members who are enthusiastic, innovative, proactive, and looking to expand their career and grow in their field. A desire to make a positive difference is a must. Though not required, both a CPA license and extensive work in one or more of the industries that we service are advantages.

College Grads
Didn’t get a chance to do an internship while in school? That’s ok! Did an internship elsewhere and it wasn’t in line with your career goals? That’s ok too! Our full-time hires after graduation don’t always have previous experience, and we’re ok with that. We have an extensive training program for all of our new hires to learn our processes, software, and practical skills for working in our firm.
