Peter Shields, CPA

Peter graduated with honors from the University of Houston in 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting. While in college, he was an active member of Beta Alpha Psi and the Entrepreneur's club. 

Peter joined Melton & Melton in 1993  and was promoted to audit partner in 2001. While with Melton & Melton, he has handled audit clients that include investment, oil and gas, exploration and production, construction, and manufacturing companies. Peter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the University of Houston Alumni Association.
