The transition from college to career can, like any
change, be intimidating. At Melton & Melton, the
interview process is designed as an exchange of
information. Answering your questions about Melton &
Melton is as important to our interviewers as learning
about your background and qualifications. Knowing a
little about the interview process may help put you at
ease.
Melton & Melton's interview process consists of
two separate interviews:
The purpose of the campus interview is for us to get
to know you. Be yourself, tell us about your background
and experience. Let us know where your professional
interests lie.
The office interview serves as an opportunity for you
to learn more about Melton & Melton. You'll meet our
accountants and tour our offices. This is a great time
for you to ask more in-depth questions you may have
about Melton & Melton.
