W. Clint Bennett, Jr., CPA

Clint graduated with highest honors from Texas State University in 1983. He received a number of academic awards such as the Presidential Upper Level Scholarship, and was on the dean's list all four years.

Clint joined Melton & Melton immediately after graduation and became a partner in the tax department in 1991. He is involved in engagements for clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction, distribution and automobile dealerships. In addition to handling the federal and state compliance for his clients, Clint provides tax planning for his clients in a variety of matters including organizational structure and mergers/acquisitions.  

Clint is a member of  the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Houston Automobile Dealership Association and the Houston Chapter of the Associated General Contractors.
